Up for sale is an original postwar 2671W tender that was manufactured in the mid to late 1940's. This operator grade tender has all original postwar components, has been rewired and the whistle works perfectly. Externally, there are some light surface marks from usage plus one of the rear steps is broken off and missing. Internally, the frame and trucks are clean and free of rust and oxidation plus the rear coupler does work properly. If you need a decent operator grade whistling tender, this could be the perfect option for you.
This tender was produced in the late 1940's and originally sold with the 671, 681 or 736 steam locomotive but is compatible with many other postwar steam locomotives.
