Additional Comments: Here's a New Old Stock Lionel envelope that has never been opened nor used over the prior 70 years! Included in the envelope are all of the original components for the 256 non-operating Freight Station. This envelope is complete, undamaged, has crisp, complete printing and some very, very light soiling on the exterior.
Note: due to this envelope having never been opened, the condition of the interior components are unknown -- but based upon the exterior they should be in nice condition.
