Now available for sale is an extremely clean Lehigh Valley hopper from 1948. This one-year-only freight car is somewhat hard to find these days and has become popular with both collectors and operators. Externally, the colors are clean and vibrant plus the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete. Also, the trucks, couplers and mounting plates are all clean and free of rust and oxidation. Overall, a nice and clean freight car that does not frequently surface for sale.
