Up for sale is an interesting set of Southern F3 AA diesels. From 24" away, the pair look great, with vibrant colors, all-original shells, porthole lens and frames plus the unit has been tested and operates just as designed 60+ years ago! However, upon closer inspection, there is some minor touch-up along the top roof line on each diesel plus the power units side ventilators appears to have a different shade of green (as if colored in by a crayon). In any case, this is a great looking diesel set for the operator looking to purchase a clean, all-original set of postwar Southern F3 AA diesels.
