Up for sale is a clean, original New York Central F3 B unit diesel from the early 1950's. This B unit is the early production variation with cloth roof louvers mounted to the top roof. Externally, the paint is clean while the side lettering, graphics and stripes are crisp and complete, however there are a handful of tiny paint flakes and surface marks from usage. The frame still has all four metal corner steps present plus the trucks are complete and free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, nothing is broken, damaged nor cracked on the shell.
