Here's the somewhat hard-to-find, one-year-only New Haven Alco A diesel from 1962. This particular Alco diesel has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout or proudly visible in a display case. The exterior colors are vibrant, the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete plus the frame, trucks and wheels are free of rust and oxidation. The only apology to the external appearance is the top black stripe on one side is light due to handing wear plus there is some paint flaking right next to the top simulated horn.
Otherwise, all functionality operates as designed by Lionel and there no nicks, chips nor blemishes on the shell. Lastly, features of the diesel include:
