Up for sale is a beautiful, near-new Chesapeake & Ohio Alco A locomotive from 1961. This Alco diesel has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and operates perfectly. Externally, the shell is flawless, the paint is perfect plus the side lettering and decals look fantastic. Internally, the frame, motor and trucks are just as nice and clean as the outside. Lastly, the front apron is not cracked, the rear screwhole is complete and not cracked nor chipped plus there is no rust nor oxidation on the diesel. This is truly a beautiful engine that would look great on a layout or display case.
