Up for sale is the first year variation of the Texas Special diesel with a horizontal motor and porthole lens on both the A and B units. This particular diesel set has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and all functionality operates just as designed by Lionel -- including the horn, front coupler, e-unit and headlight. The exterior colors are vibrant, the side lettering is crisp and complete plus all decals are in great condition. Externally, there are some minor surface and handling marks, but the diesels are free of rust and oxidation plus nothing is broken, damaged nor repaired. Overall, a really nice set of Texas Special F3 AB diesels.
