Up for sale is a New Old Stock # 19805 Santa Fe Operating Box Car from 1987.
This one-year-only Santa Fe box car has never been used and shows no signs of ever being on the track. The wheel are Mint and unrun, the exterior colors are pristine and the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete -- plus there is no rust, oxidation, damage, nicks nor chips on the caboose. The box car has been tested and operates as designed, plus it included the premium die-case sprung metal trucks -- something not usually seen on freight cars manufactured in the 1980's. Lastly, the original box is complete, solid and in new condition too.
