- Consumer Catalogue: in great condition, easily graded at an 8, possibly an 8+. It's clean, all corners are nice and square, the front and rear cover are properly attached and there is no writing, tape nor staining on the catalogue.
- Mailing Envelope: Is a bit tattered, has some tears, but still very presentable and in decent display condition. Grading of the envelope is a 5 to 6.
