Now available for sale is the hard-to-find blue cover version of the 1946 instruction manual. This 40 page booklet is in gorgeous condition with all pages still attached, nice colors and square edges on the booklet. There are no tears, tape nor staining on the booklet, but someone did draw a figure 8 layout on the back cover in pencil (about 1" wide x 2" high) -- otherwise this is a gem of a booklet.
Please Note: the above photo is a generic photo of a 1946 Instructions For Assembling and Operating Lionel Trains booklet. The one you receive will be in this same condition, but some catalogues contain a store name pre-stamped onto the cover page.
