Now available for sale is a beautiful Industrial Water Tower from the mid-1950's. This tower is complete and free of damage or broken pieces, plus all support braces are straight, not bent and free of rust and oxidation. Additionally, the top blinking light has been tested and operates perfectly. The only apology on the accessory is some minor paint loss on the top roof edge by the lettering O and N in the word Lionel -- as seen in the 4th photo above. Otherwise the tower would be graded at an 8!
Also included with the accessory is its original box and instructions. The box is solid, nice and square with good external printing, but there is some aging and minor moisture staining on the exterior. Lastly, the original instructions are also included, but a bit soiled on the exterior. Overall, a great accessory that can be added to any small section of real estate on your layout.
