Up for sale is a beautiful set of Chesapeake & Ohio heavyweight passenger cars that were only manufactured for a single year: 1997. Three of these passenger cars have minimal usage and the fourth one, # 2573, stock # 19090) is brand new and never used. Included in the set are the following components:
- 2571 Baggage Car
- 2572 Sleeper Car
- 2573 Diner Car
- 2574 Observation Car
Each of these passenger cars have gorgeous exterior colors with crisp and vibrant side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the base, trucks and couplers are near-new with barely and signs of usage. Features of the passenger cars include:
- Illuminated interiors
- Six wheel die-cast trucks
- Functional couplers on each end
- Beautiful and prototypical Chesapeake & Ohio colors and graphics
- All boxes are solid, complete with all flaps and interior inserts and have intact front cellophane panels
- Two rubber vestibule ends are in the 2573 box, the other boxes do not have the vestibule ends.
