Up for sale is a gorgeous Western & Atlantic Mail Baggage passenger car manufactured by Lionel between 1959 and 1962. This classic Civil War style passenger car has vibrant exterior colors as well as pristine side lettering and graphics. Additionally, the side decals are in perfect condition but there are a couple of very minor surface marks from handling over the years.
The only blemish on this passenger car is a hairline crack by one footstep -- as seen in the 7th photo above. Otherwise, the end railings and other 3 steps are complete, not damaged nor repaired and both trucks and couplers are complete Finally, the trucks, couplers wheels and truss supports are clean and free of rust and oxidation. Overall, a gorgeous passenger car that does have one minor blemish with the crack in the footstep.
