Up for sale is the later variation of the 157 Platform Station with the red platform base. This variation is believed to have been manufactured in 1958 and is significantly harder to locate compared to the common maroon base manufactured in the early to mid-1950's.
This particular platform has functional lights, includes the thin fibreboard on the interior of the roof and both fence sections are complete and not damaged. Additionally, the roof is complete and not cracked nor damaged however the base has a tiny chip where one of the support posts enter the base (see the 5th photo above for a closer picture). Additionally, all four metal signs are missing from the center fence.
