Here's an beautiful Operating Gateman accessory with it's original box, insert, instructions, track activator and packing envelope. This Gateman has the less common red roof plus it has been tested and operates flawlessly! The building is nice and white while the base is extremely clean with only a couple of tiny paint nicks from usage. Lastly, the base is clean and free of rust and oxidation plus the building is complete and free of nicks, chips and damage.
In addition to the accessory, the correct 1957 box, original insert, original instructions (properly dated 1957) and an original postwar 145C track activator with its packing envelope are included. All of these "extras" are in great condition too and compliment the actual accessory.
