Additional Comments: Up for sale is a complete and original Lionel empty component envelope which was included with the 138 Water Tower. The envelope is complete, not torn, includes a complete rear flap but as seen in the photos above was rolled up or squashed during storage. Lastly, there is no writing, puncture holes nor tape on the exterior and all four corners are complete but a bit soft.
