The accessory includes all original components -- still in the original packing bag as manufactured by Lionel. The exterior colors are pristine and the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete -- plus there is no rust, oxidation, damage, nicks nor chips on the billboard. Lastly, the original box and insert are complete, solid and in new condition too.
