Up for sale is a complete, undamaged set of 22 graduated trestles plus the two small beginning spacers. Each of the trestles are complete and include all of the tabs at the base plus they are free of layout paint. The trestles are a bit dusty and will need a quick bath before setting up again on a layout. Additionally, these trestle includes a complete set of 44 assembly bracket and screws. Finally, there is no damage to the hardware, but most pieces have very, very minor surface oxidation -- which a quick wipe of WD-40 will remove almost all of this light oxidation.
However, the gem of this set is a beautiful, original display insert! The insert is complete (with very minor tears), has clean colors, vibrant graphics and only a couple of minor age spots on the insert. Also included is the original packing envelope, instructions (dated January 1956) and a solid and complete original box. Overall, this will be a very nice and clean set of trestles to display or use.
