This is the somewhat hard-to-find 1944 Lionel 40 page booklet produced during the final days of World War II. This booklet is clean, solid and only has a very small tear on the lower portion of the front cover (as seen in the photo above). There is no tape and all of the pages -- along with the front and back cover -- are still attached to each other. There is some minor staining on the rear cover.
