Now available for sale is a nice and clean Operating Gateman accessory with it's original box and track activator. This Gateman has the more common maroon roof plus it has been tested and all functionality operates as designed. The base does have some minor paint nicks from usage, but overall is clean and free of rust and oxidation plus the building is complete and free of nicks, chips and damage. The only apology with the he accessory is when operating, the door closes 95% of the way, but remains opened about 1/16" to 1/8".
Also included is the correct 1951 box as well as a set of original instructions properly dated 1951 plus an original factory inspection tag. Additionally, an original postwar track activator is included -- which is free of rust and oxidation. Lastly, the insert appears to be a reproduction insert.
