Additional Comments: Up for sale is a nice and clean original box and insert for the 2671WX tender manufactured in 1950 and 1951 for the 736 Berkshire locomotive. This box is most likely from 1950 with the "X" added to a 2671W tender box (from the 1950 681 turbine tender). It has beautiful exterior colors, is nice and square plus it's free of writing, stains and holes. There is tape on one interior tuck flap, otherwise the rest of the box is free of tape. The box includes all interior flaps as well as a nice and solid reproduction insert. Overall, a nice box that is usually found in less than collector condition.
