Now available is the somewhat hard-to-find # 1016 transformer from 1960. This entry level transformer was included in the famous Alaska set # 1609 as well as just a couple of other sets from that year. This particular transformer has the red push button top terminal indicating 1960 production (1959 production of the 1016 did not include the red button).
This particular # 1016 transformer has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced and tested and is fully functional. The exterior case is clean, free of damage and only a couple of minor surface marks from usage. Additionally, the base is clean plus the line cord has been replaced for your safety.
