2360 Pennsylvania GG-1 Electric (7)

Current Stock:

Product Description

 Condition:  7           Original Box:  N/A          Year:  1961

Here's a clean, fully serviced, tested and ready to run Pennsylvania GG-1. This variation of the famous locomotive is from 1961 as it has heat-stamped lettering and side ventilators of the same height. There is no rust nor oxidation on the interior nor exterior and the exterior paint is vibrant with clean, complete side lettering and the decals. The only blemish on this locomotive is some paint bubbling on the front of one side, which is not due to rust, but it appears to be due to improper preparation of the GG-1 shell prior to painting (see up close photo for a view of the area). Lastly, the pantographs are original postwar components.
