Condition: 7 Original Box: N/A Year: 1961
Here's one of the harder-to-find postwar GP-9 locomotives, the 2359 Boston & Maine diesel from the early 1960's. This road switcher has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and is ready to run on your layout. The window struts are complete and not cracked nor repaired and there is no rust nor oxidation on the locomotive. The exterior shell has nice colors and lettering, however there are some minor surface marks from 55+ years of hauling freight on the Lionel Lines railway. The interior is extremely clean and the frame has aged a bit and is not a pure white. Overall, a nice locomotive that does not often surface for sale.
