Here's an extremely clean, all-original set of Santa Fe F3 AA diesels from 1951. These Santa Fe locomotives are decorated with the popular red and yellow war-bonnet Santa Fe paint scheme frequently seen in real life during the 1950's. The exterior shells are nice and clean, the silver is vibrant, the side lettering and graphics are crisp and complete and there are only a handful of minor paint flakes on the exterior. Additionally, all eight porthole lens are original components, both couplers operate properly and the horn has been tested and does work. Lastly, there's not a spot of rust on the exterior nor interior and all original wiring remains in place on both the power unit and trailer unit.
The power unit has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, tested and runs like a champ! The lights in each unit do illuminate and there is nothing nicked, chipped nor cracked on either shell. Overall, a very nice set of Santa Fe diesels that seem to be getting harder and harder to locate.
